EUGLASS OÜ (reg. code 12537828, address Aiandi tee 24, 74001 Viimsi, Harjumaa) respects your privacy and processes personal data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Data Collection and Purpose

We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted via the contact form (name, email, message). The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries or performing pre-contractual measures. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

2. Data Transfer and Analytics

We use Resend for email transmission and Vercel for hosting. As these providers may process data outside the EU, transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). We do not share data with third parties for marketing. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous data without using cookies.

3. Your Rights and Data Retention

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data. Personal data is retained for up to 7 years to comply with accounting and legal obligations, or until the inquiry is resolved.
